Governance Structure

We are currently undertaking a comprehensive review and consultation of our Scheme of Delegation to ensure our governance remains robust and effective.

A fully updated framework will be implemented on 1 September 2026. In the interim, the trust board has approved the transitional scheme below to ensure continued clarity and accountability across all levels of leadership.
