Analyse, plan, and lead your team effectively with this course for subject and curriculum leaders. Understand your responsibilities and how to drive change, confidently evaluate your curriculum area, and create strategies to improve student outcomes.

School Managers have a role in creating an environment where their team members are aware of the school’s objectives, and the specific role they play in achieving them. This programme is aimed at equipping School Managers with the skills and confidence to lead teams to establish direction and drive innovation.
Developed by Senior Leaders from Advantage Teaching School Alliance, this programme will benefit managers and aspiring managers working within exams, finance, HR, premises, administration, IT and other non-teaching roles.

- Managing Behaviour
Managing the behaviour of secondary school students ranks highly amongst those who work in schools as one of the most challenging aspects of their job. Whilst we all know that the majority of children behave well, there will always be a small number who need more careful management to ensure compliance with the rules. Support staff play a vital role in the running of schools, including managing the behaviour of young people. This course is designed to upskill them and provide them with the confidence to effectively manage student behaviour.

- Developing excellence in teaching assistants

- Implementation and Impact Programme for Deputies and Headteachers
This programme helps headteachers and deputies focus on effective, long-term school
improvement instead of trying to fix everything at once. You'll work together to write
your School Evaluation Form (SEF) and School Development Plan (SDP), sharing
challenges and gaining confidence in using evidence-based strategies.
