Greater Manchester Science Learning Partnership Satellite Hub
Oldham Sixth Form College is a satellite hub for the Greater Manchester Science Learning Partnership (SLP).
The aim of the SLP is to provide local Science CPD to both the primary and secondary sector.
Examples of CPD include an ECT Network, Physics for non-specialists, CLEAPSS RPS and An introduction to working scientifically.
Click on the link below to see what is currently available locally.
Both the social and economic impact of STEM CPD is enormous, for example, it has shown to have a positive impact on teacher retention and the number of learners pursuing STEM careers.
The SLP are able to offer any of the STEM Learning CPD courses on a bespoke basis. We can run bespoke instances of our existing CPD courses, or work with you to develop, refine and tailor the content and approach to meet your specific needs. Alternatively, we can develop a bespoke CPD event just for you. If you are interested in finding out more, or you have any questions, please email Kulvinder Randhawa at firstname.lastname@example.org.
