Office Administrator (Job Share)

Part Time (2.5 days per week 20hr working Wednesday PM to Friday), Term time plus 2 weeks, Permanent contract to start from 1st September 2022.

Part Time (32.5 hrs per week 8.30am – 3.30pm), Term Time plus 2 weeks, Permanent contract to start from 1st September 2022.

Based at Werneth Primary School. 

Salary: Pro rata of 12 – 17 of the support staff pay spine currently £10,995 - £11,667 for 20hrs per week and £17,265 – £19,061 for 32.5hrs per week.

We are looking to appoint two Office Administrators to provide professional, efficient and confidential administrative support in our school office. You will be responsible for the day to day activities in a small, friendly school office and be the ‘face’ of the school.

Duties will include providing an effective reception and admin services for pupils, parents and staff, ensuring payments are received and chasing where necessary and supporting the Office Manager with general administration duties that include admissions and attendance. A pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills are
essential for this customer service-based role, as well as a desire to maintain high standards. You will need to be organised and remain calm under pressure as you will be required to deal with multiple and varied situations in a timely and effective manner. Excellent IT skills are required.
